Location – Sugar factory at Karjat.

The project is transformed in a way that would portray a look and feel of an IT hub. The landscape is enhanced with elements like formal palm plantation and contrasting flowering plants along the avenue with a fruit orchard that uplifts the site from its surrounds and gives it an identity. Improving the ecosystem native trees is also planted to improve the ecology of the environment.
